What is a Solstice Consultant?

One of the places Solstice derives great talent is through it's highly acclaimed, paid internship program, focused on giving college students the opportunity to build experience delivering projects across IT, business process optimization and marketing/change management. Each intern is required to complete projects across all of these domains, in the Solstice spirit of building cross-functional teams.
